What this is

Malfoid AI Generator is an unofficial fan-made meme tool. It is not affiliated with any studio or rights holder. You use it to make an original meme-style image from text.

Accounts

You are responsible for activity on your account. Do not submit unlawful content. Sexual content, nudity, sexual content involving minors, and trademarked names or studios are blocked. You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy.

Text you enter, and any file you upload, is used only for that generation. It is not used to train models and is not shown publicly.

Generated images are fictional. They do not depict a real person, and they do not represent anything a real person said or did.

AI models and providers

Image generation uses a third-party image model accessed via Kie: gpt-image-2 (API model id gpt-image-2-text-to-image). We do not train models on your prompts.

Packs and credits

The listed packs are one-time: $9.90 for 1 image, $19.90 for 3, and $29.90 for 5. There is no subscription and nothing renews by itself. A same-day top-up or upgrade may be offered from the base pack. Payment is taken through PayPal checkout ("Pay with PayPal").

Account enforcement

If you violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, we may:

• Warn you and require corrective action
• Temporarily suspend your account
• Permanently terminate your account

On suspension or termination for violations, unused credits from the violating account may be forfeited without refund. Credits tied to a payment that is later refunded by the merchant of record are removed. A generation that fails after a credit was reserved returns that credit.

Removal and refunds

We remove content promptly when we receive a complaint at [email protected]. If a payment is later refunded by the merchant of record, the credits from that payment are removed. A generation that fails after a credit was reserved returns that credit.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service and all outputs are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". We do not guarantee that generated results are accurate, unique, fit for a particular purpose, or meet your expectations. AI outputs may be unpredictable.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the total amount you actually paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Where applicable law does not allow such limitations, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted.
