Credit refunds for failed Malfoid AI Generator images and unused packs

Failed generations
If an image fails to generate, the credit reserved for that attempt is returned to your balance automatically, once per attempt.
Unused packs
Unused packs are refundable within 7 days of purchase if no credits from that pack have been used. Email [email protected] with the email on your account and the approximate purchase time.
Used credits
Credits already spent on finished images are not refundable, except where required by law or when a generation was clearly broken. Contact us and we will review it.
How the money is returned
The payment provider that took the payment (PayPal) processes the card or wallet refund. When a payment is refunded, the credits from that payment are removed from your account. We do not store your card details.
